Day 1: Delhi
On arrival in Delhi airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Stay overnight at The Grand Hotel or similar. Time permitting, a sightseeing tour of Delhi can be arranged.
Day 2: Delhi – Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh
This morning, you will fly to Jabalpur before being transferred to Bandhavgarh National Park for a three-night stay. Situated in the Vindhya Hills, Bandhavgarh National Park has the highest density of tigers of all India’s national parks. The mix of tropical forest is home to several species of mammals including nilgai, blackbucks, spotted deer, sambar, wild oxen, sloth bear, barking deer, leopard and, of course, tigers. The rich and varied birdlife includes over 250 species such as golden orioles, parakeets, hornbills and partridges as well as numerous varieties of butterflies plus some reptiles and snakes.
Days: 3 & 4 Bandhavgarh
Over the next two days enjoy four game drives. These will be early in the morning and then again in the early evening when temperatures are at their coolest and the animals are most active.

Day 5 Bandhavgarh – Kanha
After a morning game drive, drive to Kanha National Park, which was one of the first parks to become part of Project Tiger. Here you will stay for three nights.
Spread over an impressive 940 sq km of lush green meadows and thick sal forests, Kanha National Park nurtures a variety of wild animals including deer, blackbuck, langur, bison, gaur, sloth bears, striped hyena, panthers, leopards and tigers. It is the only park in India where you can see swamp deer (Barasingha).

Days: 6 & 7 Kanha
You will enjoy two full days of jungle activity including morning and afternoon jeep safaris.
There are a host of other activities to experience including visits to vibrant tribal markets or you can take part in bird watching and nature treks or cycling expeditions.

Day 8: Kanha – Pench
After a morning game drive you will travel to Pench National Park for a three night stay. Situated to the south of the Satpura Hills, the park is named after the Pench River that flows through this area. Pench is predominantly tropical moist deciduous forest and although a relatively small park, it is home to around 40 species of mammals including tigers and has a rich birdlife. Pench National Park was the setting of Rudyard Kipling’s famous novel – The Jungle Book.
Days: 9 & 10 Pench
Enjoy two full days of jungle activity including morning and afternoon jeep safaris. In between safaris there is time to relax beside the pool or visit a local market to pick up some souvenirs or take a nature trek.

Day 11: Pench – Nagpur – Delhi
This morning you will drive to Nagpur airport for a short flight to Delhi where you will be met and transferred to The Grand Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 12: Depart Delhi
Your wildlife adventure in Central India comes to end today. You will be transferred to the airport to board your flight home.

On day 11, drive from Pench to Satpura and stay for 3 nights. Enjoy two full days of jungle activities including jeep safaris, boat rides and jungle walks. Drive to Bhopal airport on day 14 for a short flight to Delhi and stay overnight. Fly back home on day 15.

Taj Mahal (1 day)
On day 11, arrive Delhi from Nagpur and stay for two nights. Enjoy a day trip to Agra on day 12 to see Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Fly back home on day 13.
